bedford's premier retail & residences

One Railroad is an exciting new residential & retail development in Depot Square in Bedford consisting of two buildings, a pocket park, and a combination of garage, surface, and street parking. There will be 21 residential units consisting of 1- and 2- bedroom units, ranging in size from 600 - 1,100 SF.   Both buildings will have street level retail spaces that will benefit from the project's location at the termination of the Minuteman Bike Path. The project will meet stringent energy code requirements, involving advanced insulation, air sealing, and high-efficiency equipment.  The larger building will be built to Passive House standards, the first of its kind in Bedford.  Completion is expected in Summer 2027.
